Do you provide a certificate of authenticity with the globe?

Yes, each globe is supplied with its certificate of authenticity mentioning the reference of the globe, its characteristics as well as its date of manufacture.

I would like a bespoke globe

We offer a customization service beyond the cartographic modifications included with the globes. We can propose you a marking of the base, different colors or add illustrations. Please contact us via the contact form.

How do I care for my globe?

Recommended maintenance is only dust removal with a dry cloth.
Please take care not to expose your globe to direct sunlight or heat.

Do you offer other sizes of globes?

We currently offer office globes of 22 cm in diameter and very soon 36 cm globes. For more information, please contact us via the contact form.

Is my globe guaranteed?

Your globe has the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defect for two years.

Why do I need to create an account?

The account allows you to view the status of your orders, manage your delivery and billing addresses.

How do I create my account?

On the home page, click on login, then follow the instructions in the "create your account" section.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

On the home page, click on login, under the heading "Already registered" click on "Forgot password" then follow the instructions: a new password will be sent to the address used for registration.

Confidentiality

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties. In accordance with the regulations, you have a right of access and rectification on your data.

Orders

How to place an order?

You can order your globe by clicking on the "order" button after selecting the desired language and support options.
Your basket indicates the summary of the products in order with the price and the price of delivery with the possibility of modifying the basket.
After checking the billing and delivery addresses, the site asks for your confirmation before being directed to the payment page, either by credit card or Paypal.
After validation of your purchase, you will receive by email a confirmation of your order.
We will contact you to define the ten cartographic modifications included.

I did not receive an email confirming my order?

It is possible that your e-mail has classified your e-mail as spam, if the problem persists, please contact us via the contact form.

Right of withdrawal and return

Our globes being manufactured to measure, our products are not subjected to the right of retractation and return, except in the event of damage with the delivery. Nevertheless, we remain at your disposal to find together a satisfactory solution to your situation.

I wish to place an order to offer a globe to a relative

We offer you the possibility to write a personalized message to the attention of the person to whom you wish to please. Please contact us to plan the event together.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Online payments are made by Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard and PayPal bank cards. For products not listed on the site, a personalized quote will be sent to you and payment is made by transfer to a bank account after acceptance of the quote.

Is my payment secure?

Order information and associated payments are secure and encrypted.

When is the payment taken into account?

Payment is taken into account upon acceptance of the order.

I did not receive my invoice

The invoice is sent to you upon acceptance of the order and payment.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Our globes are delivered by carrier directly to your home and the cost of delivery depends on your delivery address. We have negotiated with carriers the rates for Metropolitan France, Europe, and the rest of the world. The delivery price is indicated separately in the order summary before any payment.

How is my globe shipped?

We ship your globe in its wooden case itself in a cardboard box.
The case was specially designed for the safe transport of the globe and its holder.

How do you deliver my globe?

We deliver the globe by carrier to your home.

What information must I provide for my delivery?

You must provide us with a delivery address and telephone number where we can reach you.  At shipping we will contact to make sure that a person will be present to receive the package.

What are your delivery times?

Our globes are custom made and we have a lead time of 8 weeks from manufacturing to receiving your globe.

What if my globe arrives damaged?

We recommend that you open and inspect your package upon delivery and note any reservations on the acknowledgement of receipt. In case of damage to the globe, please contact us to find the optimal solution.

What if my order has not been delivered?

In case of delivery anomalies, please contact us using our contact form. Your request must reach us within 24 hours of the original delivery date.

May I visit your workshop?

For reasons of legislation on the reception of the public, our workshop is unfortunately not open to the public, you can nevertheless find a maximum of information on the blog and our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
